Line Maintenance
Scope
Line Operation Department is responsible for line operations management, flight schedule adjustment, flight monitoring, maintenance and engineering support (including AOG, Aircraft-On-Ground), and special vehicles support (e.g. aircraft tow trucks and sky lifts, etc.) for CAL fleet in TPE, TSA, and KHH. In addition, we offer high quality third-party line maintenance services to other airlines, as well as line maintenance management for over 90 outstations worldwide.
Customer Services
Line Operation Department provides aircraft line maintenance services to more than 850 flights per week at Taipei Songshan, Taiwan Taoyuan and Kaohsiung international airports in Taiwan. At Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport alone, we service more than 26 international airlines contracted airline customers. In logistic support, we offer customers inventory parts escrow and support in an effective way. A 24-hour emergency technical support department and a material management department provide our customers with real-time and rapid services, so as to avoid potential risks and additional costs.
